10.11.2008: We started to implement the idea of AWF-Wiki that was born long ago. This wiki will be a scientific knowledge base for all issues related to forest science.
20.11.2008: Most of the technical problems are solved, some conceptional questions are still open. AWF-Wiki will start with content about Forest Inventory that is mainly build up from lecture notes. Articles in this namespace are for students only.
01.12.2008: A first article is written (<a href="/wiki/index.php/Lecturenotes:Stratification" title="Lecturenotes:Stratification" class="mw-redirect">see this example !) and we start to create a meaningful architecture of categories.
18.12.2008: We implemented a <a href="/wiki/index.php?title=ForestScience-Wiki:Community_Portal&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1" class="new" title="ForestScience-Wiki:Community Portal (page does not exist)">community portal and have a small community .
22.01.2009: First presentation of AWF-Wiki at the <a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="http://www.uni-goettingen.de/en/67094.html">Department of Forest Inventory and Remote Sensing .
